Shipping policy

All first-time orders can take up to 2-4 weeks to be made and shipped.  We apply this time frame to incorporate digitising logos, setting everything up correctly, ordering stock and making your order.  Once made, typical delivery time frame is between 4 to 10 business days for standard and 1-3 business days for express. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
